Understanding the Process: From Order Placement to Delivery

Once you’ve placed an order for custom clothing, the process kicks off with precision and attention to detail. For garments ordered with custom made-to-measure sizing, we ensure your satisfaction by sending a standard size try-on garment for you to evaluate the fit. This allows you to assess the initial fit and make any necessary modifications to achieve the perfect fit for your custom garment.

Try-On Garment Process

Within 2 business days of placing your order, we dispatch the try-on garment to your doorstep. However, please note that our inventory of try-ons is limited, so there might be a slight delay if your size is currently with another client. Rest assured, our try-ons undergo meticulous cleaning and pressing after each use to maintain hygiene and presentation standards.

Upon receiving the try-on garment, you have the opportunity to confirm your measurements. If adjustments are needed due to poor fit, you can request a new try-on garment in a different size. However, it’s essential to bear in mind that once the final garments have entered production, changes to the order are no longer feasible. At this stage, the order becomes non-refundable.

Made-to-Order Garments and Sizing

For certain garments like outerwear, polos, and sweaters, try-ons are not provided. In such cases, orders are placed using standard off-the-rack sizing. We advise reviewing the size chart thoroughly before confirming your order. Despite using off-the-rack sizing, these garments are still custom-made and non-refundable. However, we offer one-time exchanges for sizing issues. To initiate an exchange, the original garment must be returned in unworn condition, with postage paid, before processing the replacement order.

Production Timeline

All our garments are made-to-order, irrespective of whether made-to-measure or standard sizing is utilized. Following confirmation of your measurements, the actual production process begins. Typically, try-ons take up to one week to reach you, and after confirmation, most orders are completed within four weeks. However, if a particular fabric needs replenishing or isn’t readily stocked, the completion timeline may extend by one to two weeks. Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary based on factors like fabric availability, seasonal demand, and carrier delivery schedules. Expedited services with guaranteed delivery times may be available for an additional charge.

Modification and Return Policies

While most of our garments offer customizable options, please note that the choices presented are the only ones currently available. As for our return policy, you have the flexibility to return any in-stock item within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund (excluding international orders). However, the returned item must be unused, in its original condition, and with intact packaging. Should you wish to return an item, please reach out to us promptly for shipping authorization details. It’s important to remember that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
